Apostille Preparation
For documents headed overseas: I notarize them correctly so they are ready for a Florida apostille, and walk you through sending them to the state. Apostilles are issued by the Florida Secretary of State, not by me — my part is making sure your documents are notarization-ready.

Remote Online Notarization
Eligible documents notarized through secure audio-video technology, subject to identity verification and document eligibility. I confirm availability and any separate platform fees before booking.
Up to $25 per online notarial act
Mobile travel fee: $15–$35 within my standard service area, quoted before your appointment is confirmed.
Where I travel: homes, hospitals and care facilities, and offices and businesses across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa counties, including Pensacola, FL and Milton, FL.
Florida law: the notarial portion of each service is capped at $10 per in-person act and $25 per online act; my appointment fees reflect the complete service.
